These terms govern use of WorldRadio.Online’s radio directory, player and hosted station artwork. Our Privacy Policy explains the information processed when these services are used.
Directory and independent stations
WorldRadio helps you discover publicly accessible radio streams. Stations and stream hosts independently control their broadcasts, advertising, content, schedules, territorial restrictions and availability. A directory listing does not imply that we own, endorse or are affiliated with a station. We may correct, update or remove listings and change or discontinue features.
Permitted use
You may browse the directory and listen to available streams for lawful personal use, subject to the station’s terms and any applicable licensing or territorial restrictions. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the service, overload our servers, impersonate others, or use the service for unlawful activity. Do not record, redistribute or commercially exploit a broadcast unless you have the required permission from the relevant rights holders.
Station names, logos and artwork
Station names, trademarks, logos, broadcasts and artwork belong to their respective owners. Display in our directory or delivery from our image host does not transfer ownership or grant a separate copyright or trademark license. TuneSera’s bundled station records may reference images hosted on WorldRadio; loading these references is subject to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Image hosting is provided on an availability basis and URLs may change or be removed. Do not assume that a hosted logo is licensed for unrestricted reuse. Website operators are responsible for checking their right to display station artwork and should replace a reference with their own properly permitted image where appropriate. Avoid abusive bulk downloading or excessive requests.
Corrections and rights complaints
If a listing is inaccurate or you believe a stream, logo or other item infringes your rights, contact us with the relevant page or image URL, a description of the issue, your relationship to the station or rights holder, and sufficient information for us to investigate. We may remove or restrict disputed material while reviewing a complaint. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive personal information.
External links and services
Station streams, websites, metadata services and sharing platforms are independent services governed by their own terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for reviewing those terms when using them. We cannot control their content or availability.
Availability and responsibility
The directory is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted playback, accurate metadata, continuous image hosting or availability of a particular station. To the extent allowed by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties and responsibility for losses arising from unavailable streams, incorrect directory information or independent third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
